Brushed with Foie Gras & topped with Grana Padano cheese, bacon scented tomatoes & arugula.

Lamb.

Braised Colorado lamb with roasted root vegetables, homemade rosemary pasta & lamb jus.

Paired with Sixth Glass.

 

 Dessert.

Hazelnut-cocoa nib sponge cake with a salty caramel sauce & stout creme anglaise.

Sbrocco is excited to host a Winemaker's Dinner with Oregon’s Maysara Winery. June 15th at 6:15 pm.  Maysara is a certified Biodynamic Winery located in McMinnville that offers some amazing Pinots...'blanc,' 'gris,' and 'noir!' 

This will be a four-course evening with wine pairings from the winemaker herself, Tahmiene Momtazi. Be the first to book a table of six and get seated at one of the 3 half moon bar tops!

A portion of proceeds for the evening will be donated to Paws and Effect. www.paws-effect.org Paws and Effect is a charity that trains service dogs for returning veterans. Individual contributions are highly appreciated as well.

Wednesday, March 30th in the Chef's Cellar we will be hosting a four course dinner pared with New Belgium's fine beers! A four course affair is by reservation only and the cost is $35 per person (before tax & grat.)
The reception starts at 6 pm and dinner promptly at 6:30 pm.
